Watched it this morning.
Still crying.
Dr. Owen "I don't do apologies" Harper telling Tosh he was sorry...oh, I'm choking up again. Dammit, I just started LIKING HIM!.
Having just see the DW ep "Aliens of London", the Space Pig reference made me giggle through the tears.
And Tosh...oh Tosh. I didn't expect you to die, but if you had to go, you went out saving the world and knowing you were loved.
Gwen at the police station showed how much win Gwen has in her. Her and Rhys in this episode were lovely. The repeat proposal made me smile so big - you know, before my heart was ripped out during the last half of the episode.
I knew that ring that John gave Jack was something big.
Of course, now I'm all but bursting with sudden fic ideas regarding Jack being unfrozen once a year like Tommy and the 'real' Jack having to hide out somewhere so the two didn't meet each other.
With Battlestar Galactica beginning its final season (and being blown away by bits of the premier), this episode seriously ripped my heart out and squished it under its stilletto heel.
So now it's the Jack/Gwen/Ianto show for next season, and hopefully Martha. It'll be an interesting season 3.
For now, however, I have to buy more tissues. And watch season 2 over again.
Bravo, RTD and Co. Amazing stuff.
